Ray Hudson, Master Code Professional (MCP)

First State Inspection Agency, Inc (FSIA) would like to congratulate employee Ray Hudson, of Galena, MD, on his accomplishments in obtaining the Master Code Professional certification through the International Code Council (ICC). Ray joins an elite group of only nine (9) with this certification in the combined region of both Delaware and Maryland.

Becoming ICC certified represents a significant accomplishment that offers national recognition of a great achievement; technical expertise and commitment to protect public health, safety and welfare. Becoming ICC certified is achieved through successful completion of many examinations and continuing education and is a prestigious Program for Code Professionals.

Ray is based in our Middletown office, providing inspections in the New Castle County area. FSIA is proud to have two employees to accomplish this goal. Co-owner, Robert Smith, achieved this certification in 1992 when there was less than 100 Master Code Professionals in the nation.
